Marinated Olives
Serves 8
Try this tasty tapas recipe with Tapeña Garnacha.
Ingredients
1 lb. olives like Kalamata, Spanish, or Cracked Green
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 strips of lemon zest, finely sliced
3 strips of orange zest, finely sliced
3 cloves of garlic, crushed to a paste texture
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
Directions
1) Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl
2) Chill for 3 hours or overnight
