Tapeña’s Spanish lifestyle ambassador
"Wine is like olive oil in my kitchen. It plays an instrumental role in all the dishes I prepare."
We are delighted to introduce Montse, a native of Barcelona and a dear friend of Tapeña, to provide local insight on Spanish wine, food and culture. Wine and food have always played a significant role for Montse, whose fondest childhood memories include spending time in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother, where she learned the importance of fresh, local ingredients (namely from her grandmother’s garden) in preparing her family’s most delicious recipes. Wine and food are art forms that the Spanish enjoy most among close friends and family, with mealtimes representing an opportunity to gather around the table to share stories and experiences. We invite you to gather around Montse’s table, as she is a valuable resource for all things Spanish.
